Lotus Notes on Debian

Hi
I installed Lotus Notes Client 8.0 for Linux on my Debian Unstable but I am pretty unsure what to do next...
This is what did so far:
Downloaded C14SXEN.tar, extracted it, run setup.sh
The installation finished successfuly in /opt/ibm/lotus/notes.
But from here where to go? There is no manual, no nothing. Or at least I couldn't find.
I tryed to run /opt/ibm/lotus/notes/lnotes and I get:

$ ./lnotes
Notes is not able to run outside of the Workplace Client
Please launch the Workplace Client and click the Notes icon in the Application Switcher.

Where is it, how to launch it?
No any icons appeared anywhere...
Help is appreciated.
Thank you.
